    How long will it take to receive my order?
    We process orders as quickly as possible. Please allow a minimum of 1 - 2 business days for your order to process and ship. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically occurs 5 - 10 business days depending on your location.
    Can you ship to a PO Box?
    We do not deliver to PO Box since customers are required to sign a receipt on receiving the order. Kindly provide a residential or business order where your order can be delivered.

    When will my order be delivered - My tracking is showing not scanned and it has been a week?
    • You'll receive an initial confirmation email when your order has been submitted. Once your payment clears and dispatch information is available, you will receive another email to notify you when your order has been shipped with your tracking information.
    • Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/ confirmation of order shipment.
    • As soon as a tracking number has been generated the item has already been shipped out. Please allow some time for the scanning and update. The item will leave our warehouse and hand over to your local postal service for final delivery. Tracking upload to the postal site may take some time.
    • If you choose to reject/refuse delivery there will be a $30 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable. If your parcel is returned to us and you would like it re-shipped then a $30 re-shipping fee will be charged.

    How long does it take to receive the refund?
    Once we receive your item, it will be inspected within 7 days of recipt. We’ll process your refund within 5 business days after the inspection of the item received. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, tthe funds can take up to 10 business days to clear. If you paid via PayPal the money will be available immediately.
